 On Saturday, November 7, Central Maine Ski Club held a running paintball biathlon at Quarry Road Recreation Area in Waterville. A number of Strider members of all ages raced in the event and several helped out by volunteering at the race and the simultaneous Quarry Road Fall Festival. Biathlon race distances ranged from 1K up to 5K, depending on age. Racers ran two or three laps, depending on their age, with paintball target shooting between each lap and mini penalty laps for each paintball shot missed, Below are a few pictures from the fun event.
