However, please limit race promotion posts to 2 to 3 times per race and pertinent info (i.e. when registration opens, before a price increase, and a final reminder). Don't forget to include race specifics (date, location, beneficiaries, registration link, etc.). Additional posts, spam, advertisements, or irrelevant links and posts (such as non-running events or overly promotional videos) will be removed and posters banned.
